Empire Partnership is seeking a Mobile Lead Engineer to oversee a London-based team of maintenance engineers across multiple commercial properties. The role combines hands‑on engineering with people leadership to deliver high‑quality maintenance services.

Successful candidates will coordinate daily activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with RAMS and health & safety regulations while maintaining excellent client liaison and reporting through CAFM systems.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in commercial building services maintenance or facilities management.
• Experience supervising mobile/multi-site engineering teams.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge across HVAC, pumps, motors, distribution, lighting, heating and ventilation.
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a team of mobile maintenance engineers across London.
• Plan daily workloads, schedules, and site attendance for efficient service delivery.
• Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and minor remedial works.
• Provide hands‑on technical support across mechanical and electrical building services.
• Assist engineers with fault finding and complex maintenance issues.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and ensure safe, compliant maintenance.
