Job summary

MASS is seeking a lead MBSE engineer to drive architecture and design for cutting-edge EW systems. You will create high-level models to capture requirements and ensure they flow through software, modelling and firmware teams, guiding verification and acceptance activities across the lifecycle.

With a focus on MBSE-driven development, you will influence project outcomes and work with customers to realise solutions in a secure, defence-oriented context.

Qualifications

• MBSE to develop complex systems with software or firmware elements.
• Modelling languages such as MATLAB/Simulink or Python used in workflows.
• Strong background in radar, communications, satellite or automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities for EW systems and supporting tools.
• Create high-level MBSE models to capture requirements, architecture and design.
• Coordinate with software, modelling and firmware teams across the project lifecycle.
