Job summary

MASS, the EWOS Group, is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to drive MBSE-based architectures for cutting-edge EW projects in North Hykeham (LN6). The role involves leading development across software, modelling and firmware teams to deliver verified, validated solutions for UK and allied programmes.

You will work on high-level models, capture requirements, and shape design while ensuring lifecycle implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience applying MBSE to complex systems with software/firmware elements.
• Strong modelling能力 using MATLAB/Simulink or Python.
• Background in EW-related domains (Radar/Comms/Satellite/Automotive).

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities for EW systems and supporting tools.
• Create high-level MBSE models capturing requirements, architecture and design.
• Coordinate with software, modelling and firmware teams to integrate workflows.
• Ensure verification, validation and acceptance activities are completed.
