Job summary

MASS is seeking a Principal Solution Architect for our EWOS Group in North Hykeham. You will drive MBSE-driven architecture across multidisciplinary teams, translating requirements into high-level models and coordinating software, modelling and firmware activities to deliver robust EW solutions. You will influence project lifecycles, ensure verification and validation, and support secure, cutting-edge capability delivery.

Qualifications

• MBSE experience to develop complex systems.
• Experience with modelling languages (MATLAB/Simulink, Python).
• Strong background in Radar, Communications, Satellite, or Automotive systems exploiting the electromagnetic spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities for EW systems and supporting tools.
• Create high-level MBSE models to capture requirements, architecture and design.
• Flow information and integrate workflows with software, modelling and firmware teams.
• Ensure verification, validation and acceptance activities are completed across projects.
