Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design and deliver next-generation, multidisciplinary systems for defence applications. You will translate customer needs into architecture and manage technical work packages across electrical, mechanical, optical, and software domains.

You will use MBSE methods and tools such as DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB or Simulink to model requirements and verify designs, while mentoring teammates and shaping how complex systems are

Qualifications

• Strong experience in requirements management, modelling, simulation, and design analysis.
• Hands-on with DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, or Simulink.
• Knowledge of SysML and model-based methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex customer needs into powerful system solutions.
• Architect the future using MBSE to develop system and sub-system designs.
• Support integration, analysis, and testing across electronic, mechanical, optical, and software domains.
