Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Systems Engineer/Architect to contribute to the STRATUS LO project, shaping weapon system architectures and models across platforms. You will work within a team of highly skilled architects, applying MBSE approaches from early development through to design and implementation.

The role requires experience with complex systems, strong collaboration across multinational teams, and the ability to clearly communicate technical content to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understanding of complex systems, ideally weapon or missile systems.
• Experience modelling systems using model-based methods and tools.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams.
• Self-belief, confidence and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to present complex concepts to varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Join the STRATUS LO project team and contribute to weapon system architecture.
• Architect and model MBDA UK's current and future systems across platforms and deployment locations.
