Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and securing strong student outcomes.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop colleagues.
• Excellent understanding of curriculum design, assessment and data analysis to drive improvement.
• Outstanding communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to high expectations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the maths department to drive improvement.
• Lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of the curriculum.
