Willenhall E-ACT Academy is seeking a Lead Teacher of Mathematics to provide strategic leadership across the department, shaping a knowledge-rich curriculum and monitoring progress. You will mentor colleagues, drive improvement priorities and work with academy leaders to raise attainment and close gaps.

The role focuses on curriculum design, assessment, data analysis and high-quality teaching, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional development and student outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and securing strong student outcomes.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop colleagues.
• Excellent understanding of curriculum design, assessment and data analysis to drive improvement.
• Outstanding communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to high expectations and continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop high-quality teaching and learning across the Mathematics department to secure excellent student outcomes.
• Drive curriculum planning, assessment and intervention strategies to raise attainment and progress for all learners.
