Job summary

Ocado Group in Purfleet is seeking an experienced Engineer to join our largest operational Customer Fulfilment Centre. You will be the principal point of contact for critical technical issues and keep the operation running smoothly through proactive maintenance on conveyors, lifts and cranes.

You will have 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally FMCG, be computer literate, safety-conscious and capable of applying your Level 3 qualification or engineering degree in an innovative setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering experience.
• FMCG environment preferred.
• Computer literacy and adaptability.
• Safe to work at height and follow safety rules.
• Level 3 qualification or engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal contact for critical technical issues.
• Support proactive improvements and maintenance at the CFC.
• Operate and troubleshoot conveyors, lifts and cranes.
