Dematic is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operations on site at our UK facility. You will manage the shift team, coordinate with customers, and ensure delivery against KPI targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include equipment servicing, repairs, fault diagnosis, and continuous improvement, with a focus on on-site spares, customer relations, and adherence to Dematic processes.

Qualifikationen

• ONC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading a team and managing customer expectations is valuable.
• Desirable safety and people-management qualifications.

• Lead the shift team on a day-to-day basis and drive performance.
• Maintain, repair and support equipment within the contract scope on site.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical/PLC faults and coordinate repairs.
