Job summary

Dematic is seeking an experienced engineering professional to maintain, repair and support equipment on customer sites within the Dematic contract scope. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding KPI targets and ensures high standards of service delivery.

In the absence of the Engineering Shift Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplined team of technicians and assistant engineers to deliver key service elements and continuous improvements on site.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with maintenance experience on complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out AMHE equipment servicing in accordance with quality standards and time schedules.
• Undertake scheduled repairs in line with manufacturer recommendations and industry practices.
• Diagnose Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and perform repairs.
• Prioritise system faults and maintain output quality.
