Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Support Manager in London to deliver courteous, professional service and tailored solutions for diverse clients. You will coordinate with multiple departments to manage site inspections, part repairs, and support agreements.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, providing product feedback, and ensuring adherence to QHSE policies. You will schedule resources, collaborate with project teams, and drive timely, cost-effective delivery for TAIT’s entertainment

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience in customer support or management role, preferably in entertainment.
• Experience planning projects with complex logistics and hard deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor) and customer service ticketing platforms (Salesforce).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships while advocating for the customer and TAIT.
• Provide feedback from customers on product quality and features.
• Follow TAIT QHSE and global Service & Support policies and procedures.
• Maintain client relationships ensuring satisfaction with services.
• Manage and exceed client expectations on scope, schedule, and contract.
• Collaborate with technical integration & project teams to meet client needs.
