Slim Chickens Leeds is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead the kitchen team and oversee all back‑of‑house operations, ensuring consistent, high‑quality food preparation in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a kitchen or fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership to guide a kitchen team.

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and timely ordering of supplies.
• Collaborating with Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
• Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly.
• Supporting staff training and development to uphold brand standards.
• Creating a positive, productive work environment for the kitchen team.
