Slim Chickens is seeking a Back of House Supervisor for the Broughton Drive Through location. You will oversee all back-of-house operations, lead a kitchen team, and ensure food safety and consistent quality in a fast-paced, casual setting.

• Proven supervisory experience in a kitchen or fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership to inspire and manage a team.

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation
• Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Managing inventory, monitoring food stock, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies
• Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service
• Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations
• Supporting staff training and development to uphold our brand’s high standards
• Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive
