Pasta Evangelists is opening a new fresh pasta concept and seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations. You’ll lead a dynamic team, maintain service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role in hospitality.
• Natural leader who loves motivating and guiding a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the restaurant floor and kitchen during shifts.
• Uphold cleanliness, food safety and operational procedures.
• Oversee kitchen and dining areas to ensure high-quality dishes and service.
• Train new team members and keep the current crew sharp.
• Manage shifts and time-off requests to keep the restaurant staffed.
