Senior Sous Chef | Glasgow Central Area | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Ensure food safety, health, and safety standards are maintained, and understand kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
