Job summary

Sagentia Aviation is seeking a Head of Instrument Flight Procedure (IFP) Design to lead the end-to-end IFP design pipeline as a market-facing vertical, driving business performance from lead generation through bidding and project delivery. You will be the focal point for our IFP capability and the primary contact internally and externally for this business.

Qualifications

• CAA Authorised Procedure Designer with experience in an Authorised Procedure Design Organisation (APDO).
• Strong collaboration and team management abilities across boundaries.
• Commercial experience in UK aviation (sales, BD, operations).
• Strategic thinker with ability to grow a service line and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the complete design pipeline aligned with business needs and forecasts.
• Own the technical capability strategy to meet business needs.
• Ensure project delivery meets financial performance targets.
• Manage resources across bids and projects to hit goals.
• Plan development of capability and manage direct reports and cross-team engagement.
