Job summary

Sagentia Aviation seeks a Head of Instrument Flight Procedure (IFP) Design to lead the end-to-end design pipeline as a market-facing vertical in Cambridge. You will drive opportunities from lead generation through bidding, delivery and revenue recognition.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure strong growth, optimal customer engagement and successful outcomes, serving as the primary internal and external focal point for IFP capability.

Qualifications

• CAA Authorised Procedure Designer with APDO experience.
• Understanding of flight procedure regulations and challenges.
• Commercial experience in UK aviation sector.
• Strategic growth planning capability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Degree or equivalent in aviation or related field.
• Relevant professional qualifications for the area.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the complete procedure design pipeline to meet business needs.
• Own the technical capability, maintenance and strategy for IFP.
• Assure project management and financial performance.
• Resource management across bids and projects.
• Develop capability and manage direct reports across teams.
