Sagentia Defence is seeking a Head of Instrument Flight Procedure (IFP) Design in Cambridge to lead the end-to-end IFP design pipeline. You will own the technical capability, drive growth, and manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering bid responses and project execution.

The role demands an established aviation network, deep knowledge of procedure design, and strong leadership to ensure successful delivery and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• CAA Authorised Procedure Designer with APDO experience.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership.

• Degree in aviation discipline or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan development of capability and manage direct reports.
