Job summary

Sagentia Defence seeks a Head of Instrument Flight Procedure (IFP) Design to guide the end-to-end IFP design pipeline, from lead generation through bidding, delivery and revenue recognition. You will lead a specialist team, shaping strategy and growth across aviation projects.

The role requires a proven manager with an established aviation network, strong technical credibility in procedure design, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and client engagement.

Qualifications

• CAA Authorised Procedure Designer with experience in APDO and UK regulations.
• Strong management and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience in sales, bid development and aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the complete procedure design pipeline aligned with business needs and cycle.
• Own the overall technical capability, its maintenance and strategy.
• Assure project management and delivery of financial performance.
• Resource management across bids and projects to meet organisational goals.
• Plan maintenance and development of capability across the team and manage reports.
