• CAA APD certification with experience in an APDO environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the complete IFP design pipeline aligned with business needs and revenue goals.
• Own the technical capability maintenance and strategy for IFP design.
• Ensure delivery of projects meeting financial performance targets.
• Manage resources across bids and projects to hit organisational goals.
• Plan development of team capability and oversee direct reports and cross-team collaboration.
