InstaLoft in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Installer to lead loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installations to the highest standard. You will work from a local depot, travel within your region and mentor an Assistant Installer to ensure top-quality workmanship.

The role offers an employed, salaried position with guaranteed monthly pay, company van, fuel card, tools provided and a clear progression path within a growing installer team.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry, construction or related trade experience.
• Ability to lead a two-person team and manage your day on site.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers' homes.
• Work from local depot across your region with no overnight stays.
• Mentor and develop your Assistant Installer.
