Instaloft is hiring an Assistant Installer to join our team in the UK. You will work with an experienced Head Installer to deliver high-quality loft boarding installations and storage solutions. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

You will travel to local depots and customer homes, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction throughout each project. With a positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills, you will help maintain our excellent reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience not essential; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Travel to local depots and customer homes within the region.
• Assist with day-to-day installs on site.
• Ensure loft boarding, ladders, insulation and storage solutions meet company standards.
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
• Support Head Installer and deliver outstanding customer service.
