Job summary

InstaLoft is seeking an experienced Head Installer to lead loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers’ homes. You will work from your local depot across your region with no overnight stays and mentor an Assistant Installer.

This is a salaried, secure role with base pay £27,500–£35,000, plus up to £5,000 bonus and overtime. You’ll have a company van, fuel card and all tools provided, 31 days annual leave, a pension, and clear opportunities to progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry, construction or related trade experience.
• Ability to lead a two-person team and manage your own day on site.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Full UK driving licence.
