Job summary

InstaLoft is recruiting a Head Installer to lead loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs from your local depot. You will manage a two-person team and work across your local region with no overnight stays.

You will mentor your Assistant Installer and take full responsibility for quality and health and safety on site, representing InstaLoft professionally at all times.

We are growing our installation teams and we are looking for an experienced Head Installer to lead fits to that standard.

What you will earn with us:

Base salary of £27,500 to £35,000 depending on experience

Plus up to £5,000 company bonus

Overtime available on top

31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
