Job summary

InstaLoft is seeking a Head Installer to lead loft installation teams across local depots in the UK. The role offers an employed, salaried position with a guaranteed monthly income and year-round work.

You will manage day-to-day loft installations, mentor an Assistant Installer, and ensure on-site quality and safety while representing the company professionally across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry, construction or related trade experience.
• The ability to lead a two-person team and manage your own day on site.
• Full UK driving licence.

We are growing our installation teams and we are looking for an experienced Head Installer to lead fits to that standard.

What you will earn with us:

Base salary of £27,500 to £35,000 depending on experience

Plus up to £5,000 company bonus

Overtime available on top
