Job summary

InstaLoft is seeking a Lead Installer to head day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers' homes across our local region. You will lead a two-person team and ensure quality and health & safety on site, with no overnight stays.

You’ll receive a company van, fuel card and all tools, a base salary of £27,500–£35,000 plus up to £5,000 bonus, 31 days paid leave, pension and discount schemes.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Proven carpentry, construction or related trade experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers' homes.
• Supervise a two-person team and ensure quality workmanship on site.
• Maintain health and safety standards throughout on-site operations.
