VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, seeks a Lead Information Controller in Glasgow/Helensburgh to manage project documentation and data within the Common Data Environment (Asite). You will lead the IC team, ensure QA, and support digital collaboration across multi-disciplinary project teams.

Ideal candidates have experience in information control or document control within construction or engineering, with strong IT and CDE skills and familiarity with ISO standards.

Qualifikationen

• IT skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet proficiency.
• Familiarity with Asite CDE is advantageous.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and PAS1192 standards.
• Experience delivering project information across multiple CDE/EDMS platforms.
• Strong data organisation and information distribution awareness.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage CDE workflows and data approvals.
• Control document and data exchanges across platforms.
• Maintain document registers and Asite records.
• Perform QA checks on documents for naming and deadlines.
• Support project teams with information management and CDE usage.
• Serve as CDE Superuser and provide system training.
• Ensure data security and controlled access.
