Job summary

VolkerStevin is seeking a proactive Lead Information Controller to join a major long-term framework in Scotland, based in Glasgow and Helensburgh. You will manage project information, drive digital collaboration, and ensure robust documentation control across the CDE (Asite) platform.

You will collaborate with project teams and suppliers, provide training, and lead an IC team to ensure timely data approvals and QA checks in line with client requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Information Controller or Document Controller in construction
• Proficient IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
• Familiar with ISO 19650 and PAS1192
• Experience delivering project information across CDE/EDMS platforms

Responsibilities

• Allocate IC resources to contracts
• Provide training to Information Control team on Asite procedures
• QA checks to ensure compliance with standards
• Support Information Manager to ensure client requirements
• Line management of IC team and point of contact for queries
• Create project-specific protocols and procedures
