Job summary

VolkerStevin in Glasgow and Helensburgh is seeking a Lead Information Controller to join a major long-term framework. You will manage project documentation, drive digital collaboration, and maintain robust information control across the CDE (Asite) lifecycle.

Working with project teams, engineers and suppliers, you will QA and coordinate information flows, maintain document registers, and provide guidance on information management standards including ISO 19650 and PAS1192.

Qualifications

• Experience as Information Controller or Document Controller in construction projects.
• Strong IT skills with electronic document management systems.
• Knowledge of CDE platforms and information standards.

Responsibilities

• Allocate IC resources to contracts and manage information management.
• Provide training on Asite procedures and QA criteria.
• Audit QA checks and ensure compliance with client requirements and standards.
• Line manage IC team and handle queries.
• Maintain project protocols, procedures and document control documentation.
• Monitor CDE workflows and control document/data exchanges.
• Maintain Asite document registers and archiving.
• Perform document control quality checks and ensure proper filing.
• Support project handover and information management meetings.
