Job summary

VolkerStevin is seeking an experienced Lead Information Controller to join our team in Glasgow/Helensburgh, supporting a major long-term framework. You will drive information management, lead a small IC team, and ensure robust day-to-day control of project documentation and data across the CDE environment.

The role requires strong IT skills, ISO 19650/PAS1192 awareness, and a track record of delivering information across multiple EDMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as Information Controller, Document Controller or similar in construction/engineering.
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email; CDE knowledge (Asite advantageous).
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 & PAS1192 standards.
• Experience delivering project information across multiple CDE/EDMS platforms.
• Data organisation and information distribution understanding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage CDE workflows ensuring timely data approvals and compliance with information management processes.
• Control incoming and outgoing document and data exchanges across multiple platforms.
• Maintain document registers, archives, and EDMS systems (Asite) with accurate filing.
• Perform document control quality checks ensuring naming conventions and deadlines.
• Manage distribution, storage, revision control and archiving of project docs and drawings.
• Provide guidance on information management processes and CDE usage to project teams and partners.
• Act as project CDE Superuser delivering platform support and training.
• Maintain CDE security and access controls for confidential information.
• Support handover activities with required project documentation.
