Job summary

Andras Hotels is expanding its Belfast operations and seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the hotel’s maintenance team. You will oversee daily tasks, coordinate with senior management, and ensure rapid, safe responses to guest requests.

The role covers HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, with a focus on proactivity, safety, and cost-conscious facilities management within the Ibis Belfast City Centre environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Solid understanding of health and safety standards and local regulations.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities with good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel maintenance tasks and provide guidance to the team.
• Schedule work orders and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and general repairs.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with GM and Estate Manager to minimise disruption and drive improvements.
