Andras Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member in Belfast to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and common areas. You will assist guests, support the housekeeping team, and help ensure standards across our properties are consistently met.

The role focuses on delivering True Hospitality, attention to detail, and sharing responsibilities with a team while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• High standards of attention to detail.
• Strong time management and flexible with regards to working hours.
• Clear understanding of speaking and understanding English.
• Experience within a Housekeeping or Cleaning role (desired).
• Experience within Hospitality, care, or retail sectors (desired).

Responsabilités

• Ensure guest rooms and suites are clean, fresh and welcoming.
• Assist guests with basic needs and directions.
• Inform supervisor of progress and report repairs or issues.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
• Manage supplies and minimise waste; log lost and found items.
• Work as part of a team and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality and service.
• Attend departmental and hotel training sessions.
