Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to provide an exceptional welcome to guests, cleaning rooms and bathrooms, and replenishing amenities. You will ensure linen is laundered and standards are maintained in line with hospitality best practices.

You will work to health & safety regulations, COSHH, and hotel procedures, delivering timely service and a first-class guest experience across our properties.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail: essential for ensuring clean, well-maintained guest rooms and common areas.
• Time management: able to complete tasks within allotted timeframes in a busy environment.
• Communication: able to liaise effectively with hotel staff and guests.
• Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and upholding brand standards.
