Job summary

Andras Hotels in Belfast is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to ensure rooms and suites are consistently fresh and welcoming for guests. You will help guests with simple needs, keep supervisors informed of progress, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role offers 16 or 24 hours per week with opportunities to advance within the Andras Hotels Group, plus a range of staff benefits and training through the Andras Academy.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a team and also independently.
• High standards of attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and flexibility with regards to working hours.
• Ability to communicate and follow instruction.
• Must have a clear understanding of speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Keep rooms at their best with established standards and make them memorable for guests.
• Assist guests with simple requests and directions.
• Notify supervisor about room service progress and repairs needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE/equipment.
• Organise supplies and amenities to minimise waste.
• Log lost and found items per departmental procedures.
• Wear uniform and name badge with pride.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with deep cleaning tasks.
• Support with turndown duties and other assigned duties.
• Attend all relevant departmental training.
