P3 Charity in Royal Leamington Spa is recruiting a Senior Hoarding Coach to support individuals with hoarding behaviours and to lead Warwickshire’s specialist service. The role combines leadership with practical home-based coaching and multi-agency collaboration.

You will engage with vulnerable adults, apply motivational coaching, and help deliver high-quality services while maintaining records and coordinating with partners across the county.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build trust and inspire positive change.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support in people’s homes.
• Help people make their homes safer and reduce homelessness risk.
• Use coaching and motivational approaches to support lasting change.
• Build relationships with housing, health, social care and community partners.
• Support colleagues and help develop high-quality service delivery.
