P3 Charity is seeking a compassionate Senior Hoarding Coach to support people affected by hoarding behaviours and to help lead and develop the Warwickshire service. This role combines leadership, practical home support, and relationship-based coaching, with an emphasis on reducing risks and improving independence.

You will work alongside housing, health, social care and community partners, provide one-to-one home visits, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• You will have experience working with vulnerable adults and a passion for helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• You will be a strong communicator, able to build trust, work collaboratively, and inspire positive change.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support in people's homes.
• Help people make their homes safer and reduce the risk of homelessness.
• Use coaching and motivational approaches to support lasting change.
• Build strong relationships with housing, health, social care and community partners.
• Support colleagues and help develop high-quality service delivery.
