Job summary

P3 Charity in Warwickshire is seeking a compassionate Hoarding Coach to support people affected by hoarding behaviours. The role involves one-to-one home visits, partnership work with housing, health and social care, and coaching to achieve lasting change.

You will have experience with vulnerable adults, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. An enhanced DBS is required, and the post offers an opportunity to make a real difference with a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable adults.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support in people’s homes.
• Help make homes safer and reduce homelessness risk.
• Use coaching approaches to support lasting change.
• Build relationships with housing, health, social care and community partners.
• Maintain accurate records on internal systems and aid decision-making.
