P3 Charity is seeking a compassionate Hoarding Coach to support people in Warwickshire. The role involves home visits, driving a company vehicle, and coordinating with housing and health services to create safer homes and reduce homelessness.

You will use motivational coaching to help people achieve lasting change, while maintaining accurate records and working with partners to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable adults is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with partners.
