Job summary

Long Buckby Junior School in Northamptonshire seeks an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our village school. You will work alongside teachers to deliver planned lessons, support pupils, and help create an engaging, inclusive learning environment.

Holds HLTA status or equivalent, with experience in a primary or junior setting, excellent communication, and the ability to lead whole-class learning when required. We offer professional development and a supportive staff team.
