Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Network Operations Supervisor for the M25 area. You will lead on-site teams including ISU, ERT and Recovery operatives, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered safely and to the required standard.

This role emphasises safety, continuous improvement, and effective incident response, with RAMS development, daily briefings, and data-driven reporting to support a resilient, high-performing network.

Qualifikationen

• CSCS qualification is required
• SMSTS/SSSTS accreditation preferred
• Experience delivering highways maintenance operations or similar
• Strong team leadership and management background
• Excellent communication skills
• UK Driver’s License required

Aufgaben

• Manage on-site teams including ISU/ERT and Recovery operatives
• Carry out safety tours, litter surveys and gate stops
• Supervise planned and reactive works to high standards and on time
• Update the Maintenance Management System with work activity data
• Ensure resources are available to deliver all works
• Support RAMS development and procedures implementation
• Deliver daily briefs outlining methodology, hazards and controls
• Lead debriefs to capture issues and lessons for future work
• Promote safe operating practices and Zero Harm objectives
• Encourage continuous improvement and adoption of better ways of working
• Support sustainability objectives and environmental best practices
