Gravity Recruit Limited is helping a leading Quick Service Restaurant brand recruit a Restaurant General Manager for Plumstead. You will oversee a large, fast-paced site, manage a sizeable team and ensure compliance, safety and exceptional service at all times.

The role offers £35,000 to £40,000 basic salary DOE, plus a comprehensive development programme and opportunities as the network grows across the UK.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or QFS/QSR environments.
• Experience managing medium to large teams.
• Strong organisational skills with emphasis on compliance and operations.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of P&L and business metrics.
• Customer-centric mindset with a track record of service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day running of a large, fast-paced QFS site.
• Lead a large team of colleagues and shift managers.
• Ensure compliance, safety and exceptional service at all times.
• Drive efficient site operations, standards, staffing and KPI delivery.
