The role requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a customer-focused approach. Salary up to £31,000 with development opportunities and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or QFS/QSR environment.
• Experience managing medium to large teams.
• Highly organized with strong operational compliance.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of P&L.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day running of a large, fast-paced site.
• Manage a large team of colleagues and shift managers.
• Ensure compliance, safety and service standards at all times.
• Drive efficient operations and meet commercial KPIs.
