Job summary

Gravity Recruit is recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager for Workington. The role involves supporting a large, fast-paced QFS site, managing a substantial team and ensuring outstanding compliance, safety and service.

The ideal candidate will come from high-volume hospitality or QFS/QSR backgrounds, have strong organisational skills, and be commercially aware with a solid understanding of P&L. Salary: up to £31,000 plus an exceptional package and development opportunities.

• Experience managing medium to large teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day running of a large, fast-paced QFS site.
• Manage a large team of colleagues and shift managers.
• Ensure compliance, safety and service levels are consistently exceptional.
• Ensure efficient site operations including standards, staffing, operations and KPIs.
