Plumstead is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a large, fast-paced QFS site. You will supervise a sizeable team and shifts, ensuring compliance, safety and exceptional service at all times.

With a background in hospitality or QFS/QSR, you will drive optimal site performance, staffing efficiency and commercial KPIs, and remain highly organised with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, fast-paced teams in hospitality or QFS/QSR environments.
• Strong focus on customer service and delivering high standards of service.
• Experience with P&L awareness and commercial awareness.
