COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a busy high-volume restaurant in King's Lynn. You will lead and develop a team, own day-to-day operations and drive sales while maintaining food and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume hospitality management (QSR/fast casual/food-to-go) is required.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing restaurant team.
• Creating a culture focused on people, food quality and operational excellence.
• Taking full ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation.
• D riving sales, profitability, labour performance and key operational KPIs.
• Managing all financial controls, stock, waste, food safety and compliance.
• Recruiting, developing and retaining top talent, while building a strong succession pipeline.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining consistently high service standards.
• Working closely with your Area Manager and wider support team to deliver business objectives.
• Being a visible, hands-on leader who is comfortable getting involved during busy services.
