Job summary

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is seeking an experienced operational leader to strengthen delivery across multiple sites, teams and external partners. You will implement systems and reporting to improve efficiency and accountability, while preparing the organisation for scaling and growth.

You will work closely with senior leadership to balance day-to-day delivery with longer-term capacity planning, resource management and organisational change, preserving an entrepreneurial culture as

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex operations across multiple sites and delivery partners.
• Experience guiding a business through significant growth with scalable structures.
• Background in construction, infrastructure, utilities, engineering services or adjacent contracting environment.
• Strong people management and stakeholder influence.
• Sound commercial acumen including understanding of profit and loss, margins, cash flow.

Responsibilities
