Rgh-Global Limited is seeking a Site Lead to drive operational excellence across the site, overseeing day-to-day operations, safety, and performance. You will develop and mentor teams, implement efficient processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and change-management capabilities, with a focus on engagement, results, and continuous improvement in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a site, operations, facilities, logistics, or service-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of operational management, process optimisation, and performance measurement.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning and driving change across teams.
• Knowledge of licensing and compliance management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations with focus on productivity, quality, safety and compliance.
• Develop, mentor and motivate site teams to create a high-performance culture.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and better resource planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and support growth.
• Manage site budgets, planning and resource allocation to optimise performance and control costs.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to high standards and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
