Job summary

RE:GEN Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the safe and efficient delivery of construction projects from tender through delivery. You will supervise site management and operational teams, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Essential: HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or related discipline.
• Essential: SMSTS.
• Essential: Full UK Driving Licence.
• Desirable: MCIOB or other professional membership.
• Desirable: IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH qualification.
• Desirable: Temporary Works, Scaffold Inspection or related qualifications.
• Desirable: Building Safety, Compliance or Fire Safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operational delivery of multiple construction projects, safely, on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership, direction and performance management to Site Teams and multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Planning requirements, CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
• Oversee project programmes, quality standards, resource planning and supply chain performance.
• Identify and manage operational, compliance and business risks, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, statutory bodies, residents and supply chain partners.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Commercial team to ensure clear reporting and identification of risks and opportunities.
• Undertake Audits to ensure company processes and procedures are being adhered to.
