Scania Leeds is seeking an experienced HGV Technician Shift Supervisor to lead our workshop team and drive efficient service for our customers in Leeds.

You will oversee a skilled group of technicians, mentor apprentices, uphold high health and safety standards, and collaborate with service staff to deliver first-class vehicle maintenance and swift issue resolution. Responsibilities

• Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
• Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
• Provide technical knowledge to your team and customers when required.
• Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
• Promote high standards on job cards to prevent warranty rejections.
• Mentor apprentices to develop future technicians.
